Digital products (PDF patterns)

Our products are digital patterns in PDF format that are sent immediately upon completion of the purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the file has been sent and downloaded.

By making a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they are purchasing a digital file and not a physical product.

 

Recommendations before purchasing

Please review the product description and reference images carefully before completing your payment.

If you have any questions about the pattern content, difficulty level, or materials required, please contact us before making your purchase and we will be happy to assist you.

No returns accepted

We want to be very clear: once the PDF file has been received, no returns or exchanges are possible, as the customer already has the complete advertised product in their possession.

Exceptions

Only in exceptional cases, such as technical problems that prevent downloading or errors in the file sent, will we review your situation and provide you with a new copy of the corrected PDF at no additional cost.
