Shipping policy

All products offered in our store are digital (amigurumi patterns in PDF format). Therefore, we do not ship physical products.

Delivery of digital products

Once payment has been confirmed, you will receive your PDF file immediately or within a maximum of 24 hours at the email address registered during the purchase.

In some cases, you can also download the file directly from your order confirmation page.

Shipping costs

As these are digital products, there are no shipping costs.

Delivery problems

If you do not receive your file within a reasonable time, first check your junk or spam folder.

If you cannot find the file, please contact us with your order number and we will resend it at no additional cost.
